Samuel Jerideau is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, including more than 20 years as a Nurse Practitioner. He proudly served as an Army nurse in the United States military and completed his nursing education and training in Texas.
Samuel has provided compassionate, patient-centered care in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, wellness, and long-term care. He is committed to building lasting relationships and helping individuals and families pursue their best health through personalized, comprehensive care.
